Individual Membership Plans Bluebell™ Dental Practice & Clinic offers special membership plans providing patients excellent discounted benefits and access to our portfolio of innovative treatments. The Bluebell Individual Dental Plan is designed to help you manage the cost of routine dental treatment and get insurance for the unexpected. Membership plans are available to new and existing patients wishing to join either of our practices which are located in Stratford, London and Chigwell, Essex. Affordable monthly payments (by convenient direct debit) mean you can be confident that you're covered for your dental costs, both planned and unplanned. This will help you manage the cost of routine visits to your dentist and unexpected treatment costs.
What does our plan include? Our individual membership plan costs £16 per month. It is subject to a one off joining fee of £12 and includes: Two dental health examinations per year Two Pro Smile hygienist appointments per year including scale and polish and periodontal advice All necessary x-rays An attractive discount of 10% on all private dental fees An attractive discount of 20% on all cosmetic treatment, such as white fillings, veneers and tooth whitening. Worldwide accident and emergency insurance Treatment planning for your future needs Access to private GP services for consultation, minor surgery, injection for Arthritis and sports injuries and cervical cancer within the M25 radius and in the county of Essex. Call out fee is applicable. Children of plan members receive a discount of 50% on all private treatment Membership card with 24 hour helpline numbers for dental emergencies at home or abroad Free assessment of dental pain during practice opening hours (same day emergency) All prescription charges In addition, the following benefits are included: Surgical dentistry and Implants at competitive prices 10% discount on Invisalign treatment subject to terms and conditions 10% discount on facial rejuvenation including fillers, lip enhancement, wrinkle reduction and frown lines Access to Prosthodontist (dentures, crowns and bridges). Access to Periodontist (gum disease). Access to Endodontist (complex root canal treatments) For further information please ask at reception.
